Do I have to attend all classes?

No! We only need you to attend workouts 3 times/week to see results. If you workout more, the results will come quicker and who doesn't want faster results!

If I am not happy with my results can I get a refund?

If you put in the work and follow the easy to follow plan, you will be happy with your results. We've never left anyone unsatisfied with their results. But if you do everything we ask and still don't see results, we will refund your money.

Can I still eat carbs?

Yes! We would never want to stop anyone from eating carbs. Carbs are a macro nutrient and necessary for life! We don't believe the best way to health and strength is cutting out carbs.

If I have injuries can I still participate in the challenge?

Yes. If you have an injury, now is the best time to start to rehab it. Our trainers can modify any exercise to work around an injury. At the very least, don't let it stop you from coming in for a free consultation to see step by step how your life will change.

Can I still drink alcohol?

Yes! Life is to be enjoyed! If alcohol helps you enjoy your life we want that. Just try not to black out every night. Moderation is key for everything.

Do you have a plan for vegetarians?

Yes! We want everyone to be able to eat what they believe in AND get strong.

What if I don't have time to workout?

Most people have busy schedules these days. We all know that exercise is a key pillar to being healthy. We can work with at home workouts or build you programs for your home gym but exercise is essential for life.

Do I have to run and do cardio all the time?

No. We only ask that you walk for 30 minutes 2-3 times per week. If you choose to do more, you will get better results. Walking and active living is one of the best ways to weight management.

Is it fun?

Look at our testimonials. The community we've built is one of the best in San Diego. Our workouts are designed around laughing and getting back to enjoying exercise. If you're not having fun, you won't enjoy it. If you don't enjoy it, you won't do it. Fun is very important to us!
